Textbook Returns

1. Copy Center materials are NOT returnable.

Returns must be -

2. Accompanied by a valid receipt.

3. Returned in the condition purchased (New books must be returned in new condition and used books in reasonable condition.)

4. Semester & A-Quad texts must be returned by the within 7 days of the start of the Semester, OR 14 days WITH confirmation of dropping the class.

4. B-Quad texts within 7 days of the start of the quad.

5. Summer/DSL texts by the first day of class.

General Merchandise Returns

1. Clearance merchandise is NOT returnable.

Returns must be -

2. Accompanied by a valid receipt.

3. Returned in the condition purchased.

4. Returned within 30 days of original purchase date.


Apple Products - Software - Electronics

 1. Unopened product may be returned within 14 days of the date of purchase.

2. You must have a valid sales receipt for a refund.

3. Personalized products/ products with custom configurations are not returnable.

4. Opened software is not returnable.

5. Opened hardware is not returnable.

6. Defective Apple hardware: please contact Apple at (800)800-2775 for service.
