Shipping Selections
Standard
When you select this method, your order will be shipped either UPS Ground or USPS Priority. The method depends on your delivery area and the weight
and value of the items in your shipment. Small packages including single books or T-shirts frequently will be shipped via USPS Priority.
Expected transit time is 2-5 days.
2nd Day Shipping
Your packages will be shipped via UPS 2nd Day Air. Please note: we cannot guarantee that your order will be shipped the same day that your
order is processed. You should receive an automatic email from UPS with tracking information when your shipment is picked up.
Expected transit time is 2 days.
International Shipping/Including Canadian address
Your order is shipped via USPS Priority International. Rates vary significantly
depending on the country and value of your package. If the rate is going to be higher than $30.00, we will email you with your rate quote and will wait
for your confirmation before charging your credit card.
Expected transit time varies.
Gift Card
You can select this method if a gift card is the only item on the order. These are sent via USPS First Class mail.
Expected transit time is 1-3 days.
Pick-up
Your order will be held at the Customer Service Desk in the Bookstore.
Expected transit time immediately once your order is processed.
Apple Orders
All items that include an Apple computer will be shipped via UPS ground. Please pay attention to the tracking
information as a signature will be required to receive your shipment. Please note: We do NOT ship printers to student homes over the summer.
The printers will be available for pick-up at the Bookstore once the semester begins. If you require the printers to be shipped, there will be an
additional shipping charge.
Expected transit time 2-5 days.
If an item is out-of-stock
All of the items on our website are available in-store. Unfortunately, this means items listed on our
website can be sold out and we have not been able to update our listings. If an item is back ordered, we will contact you to let you know. You will
have the option of canceling the item, substituting a different item in its place, or back ordering the item. If the item is backordered AND it is not
expected to arrive for more than a week, we will ship out your order as is. Once the back ordered it arrives, we will process it to your credit card and
ship it without any additional shipping charge. If the item is expected to arrive within the next week, we will hold your order and process it all
together once the backordered item arrives.
